I could not be any happier with the help and guidance she provided me. This was my first time working with a realtor and was afraid of the pushy car salesman mentality that i expected. That was not the case, she really too the time to work around MY schedule and not hers. She understood my needs and communicated to the sellers agent on my behalf very well with quick actions and responses. The best thing however, is how fast she responded to my concerns and answered my questions. I have no complaints about the experience, of course the price is always a problem but its well worth it when you get great service in my opinion.

. All documents arrived in a timely fashion. The inspection process and follow-up was done very professionally. Even though we felt like we were asking for too much attention, Madeline and Lisa never made us feel that way. Because much of the process was done from out-of-State, we are especially appreciative. Even though Madeline and Lisa felt that we were paying too much for the property, once we made the counter offer and it was accepted, they never made us feel like we were making the wrong decision for what we wanted and valued.
